You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for activity under your account.

The comics, characters, artwork, stories, designs, and site content are owned by Art Kronicles LLC or used with permission. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the purchased content. It does not transfer ownership or commercial rights.

• Do not copy, repost, resell, share, scrape, or distribute protected content.
• Do not bypass access controls or share account credentials.
• Do not interfere with the site, its security, or another reader's access.
• Do not use the characters, artwork, or stories for commercial AI training.
• Do not use the live room for harassment, hate, threats, fraud, spam, doxxing, or illegal activity.
• Do not stream music, video, images, software, or other material unless you own it or have permission to use it.

Prices and included content are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Digital access may depend on a valid account and supported device. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The website live room is a public broadcast feature. Starting a session can make the selected camera, microphone, screen, and surrounding audio visible or audible to viewers. Check the private preview first and do not share passwords, private messages, payment details, personal addresses, or content belonging to someone else. Viewer messages are private notes to the creator, may be reviewed for safety and support, and are governed by the Live Room Rules and Privacy Policy.

Some comics may include intense themes, violence, or strong language. Content notices and suggested reader ages are displayed where appropriate.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts involved in fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, or material violations of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate access to purchased content.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Art Kronicles LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as the service changes, with a revised effective date shown on this page.
